Study On The Poetry Of Wang Mai

Wang Mai was a very unique poet in the late Southern Song Dynasty.His poetry also has a very special value in the poetic world of late Southern Song Dynasty.However,research on the poetry of Wang Mai has been still a very weak link.This article steps Wang Mai under the background of political,ideological and cultural context of thought in late Southern Song Dynasty.Through a comprehensive grasp of Wang Mai's personality,and then focuses on the analysis of the creative poetic ideas, poetry content and artistic feature of his poetry,I want to highlights its unique charm and value of Wang Mai's poetry.The text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter,through the analysis of the relationship between Wang Mai and the Southern Song Dynasty politics,the cultural ideological trend,we can see that Wang Mai was agreed and believed in Neo-Confucianism Thought.In the late Southern Song Dynasty politics of party struggles,he was not only standed firm in the forefront of Neo-Confucianism thinkers side against the traitors,and in case of repeated attacks,he was always maintained the integrity and noble character and indomitable will.The second chapter,through elaborating the creative concept contained in his poetry,it can be seen that his uniqueness of creative poetic concept lies in not only the absorption of the theory of Jianghu School of Poetry which at that time was popular,but also has inherited the theory of Du Fu and the Jiangxi School of Poetry which had been discarded by the majority of people.We can see his different and inclusive concept of poetry writing from the ordinary people.The third chapter,through the generalization and elaboration of his rich and varied poetry content from five different aspects,it highlights his concerns on the affairs of state court politics,the plight of the people,and many others.We can see his deeply concerns of the state affairs and the people's livelihood.The fourth chapter,the different and inclusive concept of poetry writing from the ordinary people has not only based the content of his poetry on extensive and diverse background,but also has brought a breakthrough of his poetry art which was compatible with the merits of "Jiang Hu" and "Jiang Xi",showing a wide range of artistic pursuit.And its bold and vigorous style of poetry was still very valuable at that time.In addition,there are two supplement articles of poems and prose of Wang Mai at the end of the paper,as well as the compendium chronology of his life,so as to provide some empirical materials for the study of Wang Mai from the perspective Bibliography.
