Tusi system is a special administrative management system which was implemented by feudal dynasties in nationalities areas of southwest and northwest in our country.During Ming-qing period,Tusi system was carried out widespread in Hehuang district of Qinghai and great achievement was made.Based on the outcomes of scholars home and abroad,in this thesis the Hehuang Tusi,as a special social forces,is investigated comprehensively,from the visual angle of interacting relationship between state and society.This thesis includes three parts:Chapter one,interacting relationship between state and society in Hehuang district in Ming dynasty and the rise of Tusi force,based on summarizing the situation that Ming state power made incursions into Hehuang society and made it integrated,investigating the state management for Tusi,response of Tusi towards social integration and change of Tusi's status during the social integration;Chapter two,interacting relationship between state and society in Hehuang district in Qing dynasty and the decline of Tusi force,after investigating the situation that the integration of state control and society was continuously strengthened in Hehuang district in Qing dynasty,the changes of Tusi system and the further decline of the Tusi power are discussed;chapter three,the understanding of Ming-Qing Hehuang Tusi in the horizon of state-society relationship,after discussing the transition of interacting relationship between state and society and analyzing the concrete manifestation of the further decline of Tusi force with state-society interaction as a background,analyzing the phenomenon like long existence of Tusi force,Tusi's long-term loyalty to state and so on.
