As the last master in Chinese culture of mordern china,Qianmu had a great learning inheritance to us,and we must take advtange of it.Qianmu is not only a learning master who had wrote many books,but also a educator who had many pupils.From 18 years old to 80 years old, Qianmu always be engaged in education. Learning and education were the most important things in his life,and the task of this article is to study his education career.From a new teacher in Sanjian primary school to as a president in Houzhai primary school,qianmu had a nice expericence in primary school.From Xiamen high school to Suzhou hign school,he had a new route and better exertive his learning talent. When he leaved Suzhou high school,he went to university teached as a professor.Regardless teached in primary school or high school ,he always can integrate learning into education perfectly.Reading hard was the clearly characteristic in his teacher life.The growth and development patterns of teachers are changing. As the example, Qianmu's expericence demonstrated a belife that teacher is not a craftsman,but should be a scholar and curriculum researcher.
