Test The Source And Discuss The Nature On Lianmian-words

Lianmian-words is the more special language phenomenon in the Chinese vocabulary history, from ancient to present,many scholars discussed the Lianmian-words from each angle and have yielded the substantial result,but which was still insufficiently clear to the understanding of Lianmian-words.The modern mostly scholars recognized Lianmian-words as the double syllable monomorphemic word,but different people had different views when we had judged with this standard the double syllable word which the ancient times appeared,moreover this procedure itself has violated the mistake by now law ancient.At present some scholars propose the question,mainly carries on the discussion about the origin of Lianmian-words.As the present research situations,on the one hand it exists objection about the main origin of Lianmian-words,on the other hand,the quantity of research material is insufficient,the conclusion is as if incredible.Therefore,we should make a more thorough discussion to the main origin and the nature about Lianmian-words.This paper mainly is consisted of four parts.The introduction confesses the ancient and modern view on Lianmian-words and the research situations on the origin of Lianmian-words at present,then poses the problems which will be resolved in the paper.Next point to the language materials,the methods and significance.The first chapter is the theory basis which tests the source of Lianmian-words,on the one hand point that Lianmian-words may seek the source separately according to the union of pronunciation and meaning and the etymon,on the other hand point out the basis and methods which are the determination of homologous word.The second chapter carries on the classification to 200 Lianmian-words had been tested. According to the significance they are divided into two syllables indicate two morphemes,a syllable indicates a morpheme and the meaning of other syllable is unclear,two syllables indicate a morpheme.According to the structure they are divided into a joint type,presentation type,the dominant type,partial official.Therefore,we can obtain that Lianmian-words composed of the double morphemes of 84%of the total,in which accounts for 81.5%to joint type.This results not only support previous research findings,but also can be further guess that Lianmian-words which are recognized by present people come mainly from joint structure.The third chapter discusses the nature of Lianmian-words,clarifies some Lianmian-words which are different form Lianmian-words we has tested,and analyzes the reason that Lianmian-words is mistakenly recognized as the monomorphemic word which is consisted of two syllables.
