In order to set up the international positive image, the national soft power has been carried for the external packaging. In the last few years the luminescent spot of the national soft power promotion frequency leaves: "new safeties" statement with the practice, a harmonious world to be constructed, active mediation of the six-party talks and achieved initial results,the creation of Confucius Institute which is a positive culture of Chinese soft power of the brand, successfully helding the 29th Olympic Games in Beijing and so on, All these show the national the soft power is promotion in the world.Meanwhile, The promotion of the national soft power has had some significant values. The national cultural soft strength has been promoted with the correct way to deal with the relations between Cultural heritage and innovation .It both brings honor to the traditional culture essence, and accomplishes the traditional culture modernization. Our evolution type reform development model accumulates the solid material base for the national soft power and causes "the overflow effect" in the world, "Beijing Consensus" is different from the so-called "Washington Consensus". We start to become an international rules of the game's makers, and gradually mastere the initiative to participate in international affairs,So China has established a responsible, constructive and predictable international image.Of course, the soft power in our country is still in an initial stage, particularly in the non-governmental organizations and international area China still fails to establish self-image,so we should gradually improve our work in the future and pay special attention to the following aspects: First, In accordance with our own moral standards ,we should actively take responsibility which adapts with the Chinese national strength on the basis of the respect for international practice. Second ,the radiation and seepage of the soft power should probably be target-oriented. Third, the hard power and soft power should complement each other and rely on each other.
