Research On Current Situation Of Rural Middle School Students' Losing Interest In Learning And The Strategies For School Management

In the rural areas of China today, the basic education is the focus in the whole educational work.. Strengthening the rural school management and controlling the rural middle school students' losing interest in learning is an essential step of advancing the education for all-around development and improving the rural basic education.The author of this paper attempts to describe and analyse the current state of rural students' losing interst in learning, probe into its forms and influences based on surveying among students and interviewing headmasters in rural middle schools. In addition, he also analyses the cause of students' losing interest in learning from the aspect of school management, puts forward some controlling strategies for it, and provides some practical operating methods for rural school management. The end is the author's personal opinion about advancing the education for all-around development and improving the rural basic education for further discussion.
