With the fast economic development,various packaging appears in every corner of our daily life.While people enjoyed facilities by using the packaging,they also were annoyed by a number of environment problems comes from it:resource was consumed in producing packaging;a large number of packaging waste,especially plastic packaging waste,was the main cause for serious environment pollution.In a long period,designers always focused on the structure,shape,decoration when they design packaging,but ignored the basic function of packaging and leads to resource waste and environment pollution.In general,the definition of green package is the consideration of the impact of environment in product life cycle.If the papery packaging can not efficiently recycle to meet the requirements of environment protection,it can not be called a green packaging.While the consumption could be reduced in producing,transporting plastic bag or could optimize the life circle,the plastic one also could be seen as green packaging.This article stated the development of packaging forms from the aspect of production,packaging,transport,sale and recycling in production procedure,and analysis the style and function of cosmetics,beverages,household appliances and food packaging to rethink and identify the direction of development of green packaging,at the same time find a better solution for green packaging.
