Exploitation And Application Of Fine Art Curriculum Resources In Real Estate

In the study of Fine Art Curriculum Resources(FACR) in china,especially when the study is for the school-based curriculums,researchers have paid more attention to the regional characteristic resources,few researchers have studied those resources in different businesses. The author has deeply studied FACR in real estate,which is one of the most important businesses.The author has also studied how to exploit and apply the resources,and developed a series of Real Estate Fine Art Curriculum(REFAC).The thesis explains the background of choosing the question for studying, the significance of studying the question,the aspects of innovation in the study,and the methods which are used in the study.The thesis explains the concept of Curriculum Resources,defines the concept of Real Estate Fine Art Curriculum Resources(REFACR). The thesis also analyses the importance of the study of FACR, according to the Post-Modern Curriculum Perspective;the content of FACR in the new Fine Art Curriculum Standard in our country;the importance of studying FACR in businesses;the significance of studying REFACR;the principles that should be followed in the process of exploiting and applying REFACR.The author has studied FACR in real estate. FACR are rich in real estate,but mainly distribute in the periods of planing-design and selling.The author has deeply studied FACR in the two periods.The author has studied the ways to exploit and apply REFACR,introduced the subject-exploitation method,designed REFAC,in which, REFACR are mainly used. The author also analyses the new challenges that fine art teachers face.The thesis analyses the principles that should be followed in the process of implementing REFAC,the models of implementing REFAC,the effective ways of REFAC teaching.Then,the author reflects the practice of exploiting and applying REFACR,analyses the achievements and the problems,and puts forward some questions that should be paid more attention to.The author has developed a series of REFAC,which includes seven lessons.The lesson plans are attached to the back of the thesis.
