Exploreation Of Dunhuang Property Law Concepts During The Period Of Tang, The Five Dynasties And Early Song Based On Dunhuang Documents

During the period of Tang, the Five Dynasties and early Song, Chinese feudal economy began to flourish. In Dunhuang, a dominent city located in the exchanges between Eastern and Western countries, people attached more imprtance to private property for its burgeoning economy.
