Research Of Character Design For Children's Animation

Nowadays, with the flourishing development of animation industry and more concerning about children's growing, massive children's animations appear in the media. In the face of such a tremendous impact of information existed objectively, children naturally have certain cognitive and emotion toward animation. So they will be influenced in various aspects. As the core of the animation, the mage design not only affects the animation's success, but also is the key factors whether this animation will win the market. If we are able to acquaint ourselves with the character of children's cognition, emotional and behavioral awareness, and to understand children's attitude toward children's animations and their image design, we could create animation image impressing children deeply, which will make children gain more enjoyable feelings.Through analyzing and researching the character design in children's animation, this paper try to explore the essential meanings of children's animation at the perspective of children, and research their real demands for the animation. By contrasting animation character in and abroad, we will found something we should figure out and put forward our views and proposals in the design. In a word, I hope I could explore a creative way more appropriate for children's animation design.
