Promoted by science and technology, animation industry presents a prosperous trend in development. Domestic and foreign excellent children animation works also emerge in an endless stream, which bring a new visual experience. However these animations also bring the important influences on children's mental development and behavior. A large number of well-made children animation works have enriched children lives. Some poor animations had a negative impact on children growth. Many children imitated things which are not suitable for them, resulting in a series of tragedy which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life. In this paper, by the analysis of the origin and development of design ethics, the writer demonstrates the important guiding role of design ethics to the creation for children animation.The writer has learned from the study of preschool children to know about their cognitive characteristics. By analysis of cases, the result shows that: children animation works meeting standards of design ethics had a positive impact on them, and those absenting from design ethics have a serious negative impact on all aspects of the 3-6 years old children.According to the case study, this thesis sums up the problems and reasons for the domestic children animation under the absence of design ethics. Design ethic theory as a guide, the writer tried to summarize creation code for children animation from the perspective of ethics,and made animation works that really true for preschool children. The writer appeals to represent humanistic care in creation and created children animation that is truly suitable for them to lead a right direction for Chinese children animation and to establish a healthy animation environment.
