Based on the questionnaire and interview with the infants who are 0-6 years old, their parents, their teachers and some educational experts, this essay---Research on Problem in Infants' Education of Music and Development in Secondary City of China---comprehensively deals with the problem existed in infants'education of music. It analyses present condition in music education, investigation the reasons for that further discusses the relationship between music education and grow-up of infants in the perspective of quality-oriented education. And it also give personal ideas and reflections on the future development of infants'education of music in China.
