This paper focuses on the field of social music education and expounds its significance and function as an indispensable and important part of music education,as well as the teaching content,flexibility,diversity of teaching methods and the universality of educational objects of social music education.This paper takes Lixia district,Jinan city,Shandong province,as the research area.In this area,there are more than 100 art training institutions of different types and sizes,nearly 100 music companies,and social music education develops rapidly,but there are also problems of different degrees.It is of great practical significance to face up to and solve these problems and guide the development of social music education in a normative and rational way.Four different social music educational institutions in Lixia district were selected as the research objects.In the introduction,the reasons and significance of the topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,the research content and methods are discussed.The first chapter is an overview of social music education,from the social music education concept,characteristics,social music education and music education in schools,family music education of the relationship between classification.The second chapter is the investigation of the current situation of social music education in Lixia district of Jinan city.Firstly,the basic situation of Lixia district of Jinan city is understood,including the social and economic situation,population distribution and education situation in Lixia district and social music education in Lixia district.Secondly,the survey of social music education institutions in Lixia district was briefly described,and the results of the social music education questionnaire survey were statistically analyzed.The third chapter analyzes the existing problems of social music education in Lixia district of Jinan city from the perspectives of social music educational institutions,students and parents.The fourth chapter puts forward some development Suggestions from the perspectives of socialmusic education institution practitioners,social music education teaching teachers,students and parents.In the epilogue,the author thinks deeply about the goal,meaning and future development of Jinan social music education.Appendix is social music education questionnaire and interview.
