Well-being was an old but renewable topic and the research on it was a noticeable part in positive psychology. Based on different philosophy well-being research had two trends subjective well-being and psychological well-being. The subjective well-being (SWB) was a comprehensive psychological index to measure the mass of people's life satisfaction. The Psychology well-being (PWB) was an evaluation of the good condition of individual's mental enginery and potential realization. Based on the research of well-being, the present research is intended to design and administer senior-high-school students' Psychology well-being scale and aims to explore PWB in senior high school student as well as the relations among social support, self-esteem and psychological well-being. The summary of Findings for this study can be drawn as follows:1.Scale has been proved of high reliability and validity.2.In general the level of senior high school students' PWB is a little higher than mean level on the whole. Nevertheless, a small proportion of students are testified to be low in PWB. A characteristic in grades has been found in development of PWB in senior high school students Which concretely exhibits that the level of PWB is proved to be in a gradual decrease while grade goes up. And significant sex differences are also revealed to be existing in total PWB, altruism commitment, person growth , environment master and health concern, with female PWB significantly higher than male counterparts.3.There were significant correlations between social support and self-esteem, as well as Psychology well-being. Self-esteem and social were important predictors of PWB. Self-esteem was the mediator between the other variables. The present research is formulate senior-high-school students' Psychology well-being scale and provides a general status of senior high school students' PWB as well as the relations among social support, self-esteem and psychological well-being. In addition, this study is confirmed to take on the theoretical significance to enrich on senior-high-school students' PWB and practical significance which is constructive to improve life quality of them.
