This paper puts the collocation of the Adjective-complement structure"A dianr"and a verb V as A research object. The discussion on this issue is of positive significance for the study of the indefinite quantifier"dianr"and adverbial and complement, and, furthermore, is a kind of supplement to the research of Chinese order. Previous scholars have, in different degrees, made a lot affords to research these concerning issues. Based on the previous studies, this paper makes an attempt to analyze the syntax and semantics when"dianr"is before and after the verb, as well as to describe the precondition and reason of this kind of order transformation.First, examine the adjective-complement structure"A dianr", this paper describes and analyzes the syntactic feature and function, and function of meaning-expression. This part of article also put forward the necessary semantic features of the adjectives in this structure, and then gives a form of standard to test and verify those features.Second, in order to make a better comparison, this paper analyzes the features of syntactic structure and meaning-expression of"A dianr +V"and"V+A dianr"separately. In syntactic semantic level, the article puts forward the requirement of the adjectives and verbs in those two structures. In semantic analyze, the function of syntactic and meaning-expression of"dianr"is shown, as well as the dynamic meaning of"dianr"when it get into a sentence. Moreover, the semantic orientation of"A dianr"in each structure is involved in the way of enumeration. At last, six restricted conditions are put forward, only with that"A dianr"and V can change their order. After transforming the words order, a small part of structures change their meaning. The other structures'meanings do not change but they have differences in syntactic function and effect of expression. In addition, the article tries to explain the reason with the theories of sequencing iconicity and proximity iconicity.
