The advent of Positive Psychology Movement (PPM) brought about positive transformation of Organizational Behavior. As a important factor affecting attitude and behavior of employee, happiness in workplace is received extensive attention. This study discusses the relationships among Psychological Contract, Happiness and Performance. Multiple Happiness Questionnaire(MHQ),Psychological Contract Inventory(PCI) and Performance Scaling are adopted to evaluate the sample comprising 477 employee and civil servant form Tianjin. This study analyize data with SPSS 11.5 and LIEREL8.70 soft ware and frame relationship models among employee obligations, employer obligations, types of psychological contracts with happiness and performance.Testing the structural models, goodness of fit is good. The main findings include the following points.1. In employee obligations, PWB have mediate effect on the relations between Relational of Employee, Balanced of Employee and Performance; 2. In employer obligations, PWB have mediate effect on the relations between Relational of Employer and Performance; 3. In types of psychological contracts, PWB have mediate effect on the relations between Relational, Balanced, Transitional and Performance. Psychology well-being (PWB) is strong psychological link between psychological contracts and performance. Organization should be establish happiness assumption, construct happiness psychological climate and fulfill employee psychological contracts to maintaine psychological contract and promote performance.
