With the continuous improvement of people's material living standards,people's psychological demands on the emotional and spiritual aspects are getting higher and higher,and employees are starting to value the happiness experience in their work.Therefore,the continuous rise of positive psychology,so that the work of happiness gradually began to shift to the field of human resources management,in particular,the post-80s and post-90s workers who have grown up in the background of reform and opening up and economic globalization have gradually become the main force in the workplace,due to the impact of Western culture,these new recruits have a very different work ethic and values from the last generation of employees,their proactive personality characteristics are obvious,they will actively pursue the happiness experience in the work.Therefore,how to help employees to achieve a happy job,and how to help enterprises to manage the work happiness,has become the focus of this study.Based on the theory of symbolic interaction,this study explores the impact mechanism of supportive human resource management practice on employee work happiness from the perspective of organizational-employee interaction.Based on previous studies,the author puts forward theoretical hypothesis and research model.The research contents include the influence of supportive human resource management practice on work well-being,organizational identification and self-efficacy.The influence of proactive personality on work happiness,self-efficacy on the intermediary role of the two.In the study,the questionnaires were distributed in different enterprises by matching within same organization for supervisors and employees.Finally,347 employees were used as the survey samples,and descriptive statistics,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed to test the main effect between the research variables:(1)organizational identification plays a part between the supportive human resource management practices and the work of well-being,and(2)organizational identification plays a positive role in the work of well-being;(2)organizational identification plays a part in supporting human resource management practices and work well-(4)the proactive personality has a positive effect on the well-being of the work;(5)The sense of self-efficacy has the mediation effect to supportive HRMP and work happiness.At last,through the analysis upon results of the study and refinement,this article proposes employees' happiness can be awakened and continued enhanced,to sum up,it is the result of interaction between organization implementing effective management and employees' actively pursuits.Self-efficacy and organizational identification play a key role in the whole interaction process,and help the organization implement supporting human resource management practices and employee initiatives to enhance the well-being of the work.Based on which,mechanism model of employee work happiness was proposed from the perspective of organization-employee interaction,and management suggestions was put forward pertinently.This paper could possibly guide management to well manage employees'work happiness by organization implementing effective management,by cultivating the employee's organizational identification and self-efficacy,and by bringing into full play of employee's active traits,etc.
