From the beginning of last century, Bamboo slips for writing on of Han Dynasty were unearthed at the Fengsui site of border area in Shulei valley of west Gansu Province, which was called Dunhuang Bamboo slips of Han Dynasty for which were the earliest and largest parts discovered in succession in the area of Donghuang County. Those Bamboo slips were in a good situation and can authentically present the relationship between minorities of ethnic in Western Regions in ancient China and Han dynasties. It also can let the later generations have a real acknowledgement to the frontier sight in Shulei valley and the government dated from the later period in Western Han Dynasty to later Eastern Han Dynasty.In June,1979, the cultural relics crew of Gansu province unearthed 1217 Bamboos slips Fengsui site in Majuanwan of Dunhuang district which was comparatively complete. To particularly annotate them is the key of the arrangement and it can provide very important values for academe an opportunity of studying Han Dynasties' station troops and their politics, economics, militaries, and communication between eastern and western areas.This paper divides into two parts:The first part shows the arrangement and research results of Duhuang Bamboo slips of Han dynasties. The second part annotates those bamboo's slips by means of transmitted documents from Han dynasties just like shiji, hanshu, houhanshu and some former research results. At the end of this paper there is an appendix which is the special study of Duhuang Bamboo slips of Han dynasties.
