Since the 20 th century,there are many slips of Han dynasty has been discovered in Dunhuang area.Most scholars focus on the part that is included in The Integration of Chinese Banboo Slips so far.In addition to this part,there are nine parts.The slips of Han dynasty discovered in Dunhuang area was written by the similar time.So,there are many similarities in language and content.The systematic research will be of great value to the social system,culture and language of Dunhuang area in the Western Han dynasty and the New Mang period.The writer of this paper pays attention to all the slips of Han dynasty discovered in Dunhuang area,and studys their vocabulary.There are many different types of content in the slips of Han dynasty discovered in Dunhuang area.The language of practical documents is vivid.The first two chapters are to collect the interpretations.From them,we can see the characteristics of their vocabulary.The third chapter is the research of vocabulary based on document classification.Different kinds of documents have different language features.Research by comparing with language of other unearthed literatures and the handed-down documents is of great significance to the research on the evolution and development of common vocabulary.This chapter focuses on the vocabulary characteristics of the judicial documents,the implements record book and the labor record book.The research of the forth chapter depend on the theory of conceptual field.This is the new way to research the words of the document of a certain period.In the fourth chapter,the concept field of debt relationship,the concept field of damage and the concept field of posting are analyzed.
