Impact Of Cultural Industry Park Development On The Economy Of The Surrounding

During 21 century, the completing between cities is becoming more and more furious, and overseas experience indicates that culture industry has great effect in promoting economy process and upgrading core complete ability of a city, so it is called the 21th's sunrise industry. As the incubator of cultural industry, cultural industrial parks become the best way to develop culture industry. By using for reference of overseas experience upsurge of building culture industrial parks is engendered. From the aspect of industrial cluster, discussion of significance of economy processing from the building of Xi'an culture industrial parks is carried out in this paper,on the base of summarizing home and abroad experience, giving reference for governmental decision-making and corporation investment.Using Culture industrial parks entropy, Xi'an's phenomena of cultural industry centralizing is studied in this paper, and theoretically find that phenomena of cultural industry centralizing is existing in Xi'an, but there is also evident gap completing with the cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Changsha and so on. Aiming at actuality of Xi'an cultural industry developing, the analytical model of general gray relevancy and linearity regression are used to study the affect of economy from Xi'an cultural industry, finding that as for promoting GDP, cultural industry has exceeded the first industry, and as for upgrading governmental finance income, cultural industry has more advantage than industry, construction industry, touring industry and so on, this paper also proved that cultural industry has powerful promotion for Xi'an's economy developing, for more, the construction and the affect for promoting economy of Qujiang new region which is a huge cultural industry board is listed in this paper. At the phase of demonstration study, the Darning Site region which is an important cultural industry project and constructed by Qujiang is brount in to analyse the affect from construction of cultural industry to Xi'an real estate. As for the actuality of the cultural park of Famen Temple, the analyzing method of SWOT which is based on AHP and the GM(1,1) model are brought forward to prove that the Famen Temple cultural park is applicable to increasing tactic, and should develop positively, as for the inferior position of the park, tactic management suggestion is provided. At last, suggestions of management as for the actuality of Xi'an cultural industry are given.Innovations in this paper:proving that Xi'an cultural industry has great promotion to economy by using general gray relevancy theory; by using industry region entropy proved that phenomena of cultural industry gathering is exiting in Xi'an, and has obvious gab competing with Beijing, Shanghai, Changsha and so on, but it also has more space to develop; and example were listed to study the possibility of that the construction of Daming Temple has affect to real estate and it will became a second commercial center.
