A Study On Zhao Diancheng And "Annotation Of Wangyoucheng's Poetry"

Zhao Diancheng was a famous scholar in Qing Dynasty. The book Annotation of Wang Youcheng's Poetry written by him was the first complete annotation of the poems of Wang Wei, which was also a master of ancient note for Poems of Wangwei. It had made great achievements in collating, discerning, researching, art expositing,etc. Meanwhile, Annotation of Wang Youcheng's Poetry had far-reaching impact and high literature value for the spread of Wang Wei. This paper will analyze from the following five aspects. The first chapter, to research Zhao Diancheng's life, descent, and sociality. The second chapter is to discusse the background of "Annotation of Wang Youcheng's Poetry". The third chapter is to focus on the investigation of the edition headstream and the arrangement characteristics of" Annotation of Wang Youcheng's Poetry". The fourth chapter is to analyze and summarize the contents and the Characteristics of Annotatio; The last chapter tries to analyze about the poetics thoughts of Annotation. This paper, attempting to discuss the above-mentioned aspects, generally analyze the characteristics of Zhao Diancheng's academic research, and the achievements as well as the shortcomings of "Annotation of Wang Youcheng's Poetry", and then get a objective summary on its value and status of "Annotation of Wang Youcheng's Poetr".
