Nozick "Rights" From The Perspective Of State Power

This paper attempts to explore the Nozick, "meaning the weakest states" and the meaning to make a comprehensive analysis, reveals the theory of present China has a practical significance.Nozick ethics of contemporary American family, and his book "Anarchy, State and Utopia" and Rawls's "Theory of Justice" fame, but it runs counter to the ideological. Professor Luo Ersi advocated the distribution characterized by equality, justice, and distributive justice to achieve this requires a large and complete the all-government, he advocated multi-national; Professor Nozick strongly advocate personal freedom, to achieve the individual freedom to reduce government interference in people's lives, which requires a small government, less government function, and less interference of people's lives, people's life more happy, so he advocated the weakest national significance.At same time, Nozick is a classical liberal believers. His "weakest sense state" theory is created by the Adam Smith's theory of the liberal market doctrine inspired. That countries are not always there, and it is only to a certain stage of development of human society a product of human society will inevitably experienced a period of no country. Nozick to this period is called the "natural state", in this state, the lives of the people all the moral characteristics-freedom, equality, fraternity, mutual help and so on. The country's production, it is through market principles, gradually resulting in the exchange. However, even had a state can not prove that state is morally legitimate, because it wants to maintain his activities, the implementation of the redistribution of tax revenue to be obtained, and this would violate the rights of individuals.In real life, we can not return without the Government's "natural state." The solution is to limit state functions, the smallest range, which is "the weakest sense of the country." According to Robert Nozick's vision, each "Community" is a utopian, composed of numerous utopian society as a whole. Each community is different, everyone can follow their interests are free to choose their own willingness to live in community. People are free to voluntarily form, join and leave their "community", a variety of good by different "communities" to achieve.Finally, the paper attempts to use Nozick's rights perspective to look at some of the problems currently facing our country, hoping for the great cause of China's current reforms provide some useful lessons.
