Robort Nozick,as a member of liberalism, has criticized the idea of justice at the time by virtue of the righteousness.as the core, which enriched the connotation of liberalism.Nozick pointed out the neo-liberal theory that were different in “Anarchy, the State and Utopia” He advocated the absolutely individual rights and believed that the individual's life right, freedom and property rights are sacred and inviolable. He's justice idea lays the theoretical foundation of his weakest state view.Part are is to show the background and theoretical origins of Nozick's justice. After World War?,the welfare society's shortcomings gradually emerged and people began to question the legitimacy of equal distribution, which is the background of Notick's justice. As a member of liberalism,Nozick's idea of rights was established by the critique of the classical liberal Locke. He was aimed at the equal justice of modern liberalism and Rawls' s theory of distributive justice. In Nozick's opinion, justice depends on the rights, the latter on the legitimacy of holding, the latter on the three principles of justice. This chapter is to elaborate justice and introduce the real field of realization of Nozick's justice ——the weakest state.Part three is to expand the challenges and theoretical reflections of Nozick's justice thoughts,He's theory of rights and state theory all exist theoretical and value defects though the criticism of communitarianism and Marxism Even so,the rights of priority, holding justice, procedural justice, the value of the diversity of ethics of Nozick's justice thought enjoy great practical and theoretical value.Though the perspective of Nozick,we can more fully understand the path of development of justice in western countries rights and justice from which we can absorb more useful factors to make the state closer to justice in the moral.
