Early 1933, General Feng Yuxiang organized active anti-Japanese resistance which was against Chiang Kai-shek administration's policy, called "domestic stability prioritized over resistance against external invasion". Assisted by Chinese Communist Party and the groups which opposed to Chiang Kai-shek administration, Feng Yuxiang reorganized the original North-west Army and set up the new allied army named Cha Haer Anti-Japanese Allied Army. The resistance by Cha Haer Anti-Japanese Allied Army was an important partial resistance against Japanese organized by Feng Yuxiang, local power leader. However Cha Haer Anti-Japanese Allied Army was forced to dissolve soon due to Chiang Kai-shek disintegration and military threat. Cha Haer Anti-Japanese Allied Army resistance to Japanese invasion failed. In this thesis, Chiang Kai-shek's attitude and countermeasure on Cha Haer anti-Japan allied army's foundation and its resistant against Japan is analyzed and explored deeply, based on Chiang Kai-shek Biography script files, Chiang Kai-shek diaries and other historical data. In addition, Chiang Kai-shek's complex state of mind on disintegrating Cha Haer anti-Japan allied army, the essential reason, and the loss & gain, and influence of Chiang Kai-shek administration are also explored as well. In my opinion, the essential aim of Chiang Kai-shek's active efforts to dissolve Cha Haer Anti-Japanese Allied Army was to eliminate the potential danger of Chiang Kai-shek's administration being overthrown under the name of anti-Japanese, more importantly, to prevent the policy domestic stability prioritized over resistance against external invasion from being destroyed. Chiang Kai-shek's measures changed from the original peace persuasion to military threat aiming to dissolve Cha Haer anti-Japan allied army soon. Successful handling of Cha Haer anti-Japan allied army incident further disintegrated the old army of Feng Yuxiang, destroy North-South joint plan of groups to strengthen the policy of "the domestic stability prioritized over resistance against external invasion".
