Research On The Development Of Specialized Education Of Fine Arts In Universities In The Past Hundred Years

In our country, since Sanjiang Pedagogical School established Department of Specialized Education of Fine Arts named Drawing and Engineering in 1904, specialized education of fine arts in universities already has a history of nearly one hundred years. In the past century, people have recognized the significance of this kind of specialized art education format, and discover it is fully incarnate in today's multicultural society. In the past one hundred years, specialized education of fine arts in China's universities experienced funding stage, developing stage and adjusting stage, and from the late 1990s, it came into the recovery period. Also at this period, specialized education of fine arts began to establish as one of university's humanities department. But so far, there wasn't any example for reference of specialized education of fine arts in universities. The positioning and setting paradigm of specialized education of fine arts at China's universities still is a subject which needed in-depth study and practice.
