At present,China has attaches importance to secondary vocational education,promulgated a series of policies for the secondary vocational education.It is expected that the secondary vocational colleges can provide more professional technical talents for the industry of our country.Most of the secondary vocational school students are in adolescence,and their physical and mental aspects are not mature enough.but also because of their poor foundation performance,into the new learning stage cannot be a good standard of their own learning behavior and to solve the difficulties encountered in learning.Then a series of academic problems will appear,learning inattention,learning energy is not abundant,weariness spread,lack of initiative learning,etc.If we do not study the problems existing in secondary vocational school students and take effective intervention measures,such trends will have an impact on the social status of secondary vocational students and the overall development of secondary vocational education.Based on the previous research,this study aims to explore how to improve the academic self-efficacy and learning engagement of secondary vocational school students,and further promote the secondary vocational school students in the school have good academic performance and maintain their mental health.Using the form of group psychological counseling,the paper will affect the level of learning engagement through the intervention of secondary vocational school students' academic self-efficacy.This research was divided into three parts: firstly,investigated the general situation of secondary vocational student's academic self-efficacy and learning engagement;Secondly,studied of the relationship between secondary vocational student's academic self-efficacy and learning engagement,and studied academic self-efficacy to predict learning engagement;Thirdly,designed of group psychological counseling scheme,through activity solutions to improve secondary vocational student's academic self-efficacy level,and improve their level of learning engagement.Research one and research two selected 540 secondary vocational students in Hebei Province as subjects,the effective subjects were 441,using the academic self-efficacy questionnaire and learning engagement questionnaire for questionnaires.Research three selected two homogenous of a grade class,all 66 students as the subjects,of which the intervention group of 33 people,the control group of 33 people.In this paper,the group's psychological counseling program of secondary vocational student's academic self-efficacy was designed by the researcher to carry out 8 group counseling activities in the intervention group,while the control group did not receive any intervention measures.The results of the study were as follows:1?Secondary vocational student's academic self-efficacy significantly influenced by the major and grade,the influence of origin and gender were not significant.2?Secondary vocational student's learning engagement significantly influenced by the major,grade and origin,the influence of gender was not significant.3?The total score of secondary vocational student's academic self-efficacy and each dimension score and learning engagement total score and each dimension score had significantly positive correlation.And academic self-efficacy had a significant positive predictive effect on learning engagement.4?The group psychological counseling activity can significantly improve the secondary vocational student's academic self-efficacy,and then further enhance the level of learning engagement.
