| Superstitious beliefs and behaviors have being existing in many cultural backgrounds over thousand years of history, which of the original inhabitants originated from nature in primitive society. Looking from the human development history, early superstitions is a germination of human consciousness that is the result of understanding and thinking to the world consciously on purpose under limited subjective and objective conditions. Along with the development of science and technology and the social productive forces, people started having a correct understanding over the natural phenomena and many traditional superstitions have been broken. However, a great many of people have superstitious beliefs and behaviors in modern society. Especially in recent years traditional superstitions develop into modern superstitions with the help of new media and high technology which is becoming increasingly fierce by affecting people's daily live. What's more, the number of students who have superstition also has a rising trend. In view of these, this paper means to do a research on the influence of modern superstitions to undergraduate from the psychological level. It getting data through the questionnaire survey method, discussing the connotation and structure in base of previous studies, analyzing status and characteristics of the superstition, explaining the reasons and influencing factors and putting forward some suggestions and countermeasures at last.
