Forgiveness can be divided into two aspects : forgiveness of others and forgiveness of self. Forgiveness of others is a Psychological Process of stopping adopting a hostile attitude towards offenders and well dealing with offenders; Forgiveness of self is a Psychological Process that people forgive their own mistakes and guilt from hating to concerning themselves.During the 1990s,Forgiveness is increasingly becoming the new theme of Moral Psychology Research。But unfortunately,Self-forgiveness as an important part of forgiveness, its moral value problem has been no cause for concern.。Self-forgiveness is a virtue,it is not only offensive to those who helped to free themselves from the frustration to the offender the opportunity to make up their own fault,but also to allow the victim got what he deserved from the compensation. Therefore, it is not only conducive to the relaxation of human relationships, but also conducive to the establishment of harmonious relations.In this study, college students as subjects, the use of questionnaires, with Coping efficacy Scale, Attribution Style Questionnaire, forgiveness and self forgiveness questionnaire survey and other research tools, a preliminary study of the Self forgiveness and Related Factors. The results are as follows:⑴Self -forgiveness questionnaire has good reliability and validity; It includes cognitive, emotional and behavioral components of three of the four dimensions of the negative emotions, negative behavior, positive perception and positive behavior.⑵Coping efficacy, attribution style, others -forgiveness and self-forgiveness relative high overall level; boys respond to the level of performance significantly higher than females should performance standards; non-religious college students more likely than the believers to forgive their own students.⑶Forgive others, forgive yourself and Coping efficacy performance significantly correlated, in which level of knowledge and confidence in performance dimensions should forgive others, forgive theirs significant positive prediction.⑷Forgive others, forgive yourself and attribution styles have a significant negative correlation, which attributed the success of style and interpersonal relationships failed due to style of the forgiveness of others, forgiving themselves have negative prediction.⑸In addition to directly affect the response performance level of forgiveness, but also can be attributed to style of influence the level of forgiveness.⑹To self-forgiveness and forgive others, a significant correlation, but self-forgiveness and Coping efficacy performance more significantly correlation...
