The Investigation On Current Situation Of Replacement Teaching Practice In The Arts Education Of Normal School

Abstract:The teaching practice is an important course of the art teacher professional development system, but over the years, there are lots of unsolved problems in traditional art practice, which affects the result of art teacher training, meanwhile, the serious shortage of teachers in rural areas is difficult to achieve just relying on state financial support and volunteer teacher support. Replacement teaching practice is an important mode of normal education training system, as the scale-up of replacement teaching practice and beginning of free normal education, many professional art teachers involve in the practice.Different from the traditional practice, the teaching practice does not only change the cultivation of art teachers'ability of practice, but also take the important responsibility of improving the quality of the rural art teacher and the art education. The traditional art teaching practice has many difficulties and there is a shortage of qualified rural art teachers. Under the circumstances, the measures of inspecting the implementation of the Replacement Teaching Practice of the art teaching majors, knowing the current situation of its organization's arrangement, and researching the effects of cultivating art teachers and the influence on the basic art education in the rural areas have practical meaning in improving the mode of the art teaching majors'Replacement Teaching Practice, and making the Replacement Teaching Practice achieve success in our art education of Normal School.
