Baofeng culture industries are booming, especially in the rural industrial structure reconstruction.They have diverted the rich in the country in the way of non-material production, solving the issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers and increasing farmers' income. They also devote themselves in developing the advanced culture, building the harmonious society and push forward the construction of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. The phenomenon of Baofeng tells us:cultural construction of socialism not only satisfies people's spiritual and cultural need, but also become an ipmortant part to stimulate the economic growth.The goverment should emancipate the mind and change the notion, regard the culture as an industry to support,and develop traditional cultures by the marketing and commercial means, making contribution for the economic society.
