The Problems And Countermeasure Of The Sustaining Development Of The Prairie Livestock Farming In Inner Mongolia

Based on the basic of the sustaining development of the national economy,the author tries to combine the theoretical knowledge that he learned with thelife fact Inner Mongolia and mainly elaborates some points of the sustainingdevelopment of the livestock farming economy, which includes four parts:1.From the point of view that the material goods production is thefoundation of the existence and development of human society, the authorgives account of the theory of the sustaining development.2.The livestock farming economy is the essential componentof the national economy and also the basic and regional industry in InnerMongolia. Here, the present situation and the problems of the prairielivestock farming of Inner Mongolia are stated.3.The author analyses the problems and points out the main factors whichimpede the sustaining development of the prairie out the prairie livestockfarming, such as the exhaustion of prairie material, deterioration of theecological environment and underdevelopment of the livestock farming.Besides this, the author also points out that the destruction of prairie materialis equal to the destruction of the sustaining development of the livestockfarming economy and that of the existence of human society.4.Based on the above analysis of the problems, the author puts forward hiscountermeasures on how to solve the problems: to deepen the awareness ofthe population and establish and strengthen the legal system; to control thegrowth of population and improve the quality of population; to strengthen theprotection of ecological environment and make rational use of the prairiematcrial; to widen the source of funds and increase funds input; to puttechnology into practical use; to develop ecological livestock farming;toimprove the social service system and so on.
