Influential Factors In The Evolution Of Asia-pacific Security Relations Structure And The Structure Patterns

After the Cold War, security as High Politics of the field of international relations, its importance becomes prominent increasingly in Asia acific area. Among the various security affairs, what every country follows with the most interest is that in what kind of order the security problems in this area will be resolved, while this order is decided by what kind of security structure will form in the future. The thesis start with history of evolution of Asia acific security structure, summarize its characteristic and law, and analyses the constituents of present Asia acific security structure. And then, it analyses the leading role action factors to observe the security structure that will probably form in Asia acific, on these grounds, it put forward three type of security structure pattern of Asia acific. On the basis of analysis of constituent, security regime, theoretical basis, and objective reality, and combining analysis of motive force system of pattern choice, it forecast that Asia acific will form Balance Of Power Structure under the Hegemony Dominance at the beginning of new century. Essentially, this structure is part of balance of power system, but it will be given a new meaning.
