Research On Mechanism Of Spatial Diffusion Of Technological Innovation

For a long time, the spatial diffusion is lack of sufficient study. It抯 a necessary work that will play an important role in enriching of the theory of technological innovation diffusion(TID) and formulating of development stratagem and measure of region to further research the mechanism of spatial diffusion of technological innovation. The main purpose of this dissertation is to explore the regular and mechanism of spatial diffusion of technological innovation. Firstly, on the basis of following the research achievements of spatial diffusion, the concept of diffusion system and diffusion field pixel(FP) were provided. An analysis framework, which is based on systematic and evolutionary thinking and the viewpoint of space-time, is suggested to the diffusion problem. Then, a formal model of spatial evolution of diffusion system was presented. Secondly, the interact and interdetermined evolution between the diffusion and diffusion environment was analyzed from the viewpoint of the micro adoption(of firms) and the macro restriction and inspiration of FP. Thirdly, a model of spatial diffusion, which is based on the theory of stochastic process, was presented. Then, an analysis method of equiprobable curve of diffusion and some simulations were provided. At last, some suggestions and measures, which will accelerate the diffusion of technological innovation, were given.
