In recent 20 years,there are many dramatic changes in the business environment faced by China's firm. Fierce international competition is forcing China's firms to raise technology innovation ability. When analyzing overall innovative environment at the same time,it is difficult for China's firms to improve the technological innovation ability because of lagging of cultural innovation. Thus the paper points out the theory and practice meaning of this research.In chapter 2,the domestic and international theoretic sources of technological innovation ability and corporate culture are discussed. This chapter reviews the development of these theories in details. And the comment on these theories' weak points and achievement is made,especially corporate culture theory and theoretical researches of technological innovation ability have been cut apart for a long time. Then the research on cultural innovation based improving TI ability is put forward. And the theory meaning in this paper is pointed out too.In chapter 3,the definitions to technological innovation ability and innovative culture are made at first. On the basis of reviewing fore theories of technological innovation ability and strength index of cultural innovation,And combining the positive research of our research institute,I make six dimensions to enterprise technological innovation ability such as R&D ability,manufacturing capacity,ability of fund input,marketing ability,innovative managerial ability and ability of innovation output. And the design of concrete index to estimate these dimensions is made too;Equally,we make three dimensions to value innovative culture of an enterprise such as enterprise innovative atmosphere and incentive system of innovation,and design the detailed index of estimating these three dimensions.In chapter 4,after designing the questionnaire according to index system in chapter 3,we go on statistical analysis to the investigation result. Statistical analysis to technological innovation ability and corporate culture strength is carried out by using the statistical analysis tool.SPSSll.O. Through the factor Analysis,we have drawn six important factors of technological innovation ability and four important factors of innovative culture,and revise the dimensions conceived in the chapter 3;Through Carrying on correlation analysis of Pearson to technological innovation ability and innovative culture relevant,we point out detailed relevant relation of all factors of the two;Through regression analysis,we deepen to analyze every factor of innovative culture to quantitative influence on technological innovation ability.In chapter 5,how cultural innovation acting directly on improving the technological innovation ability of a firm is further discussed theoretically at first. Purpose of cultural innovation of a firm in the paper culture is put forward. It is necessary for a firm to establish innovative culture that helps to improving technological innovation ability. Then,the main four existing types of corporate culture of our country's enterprise are brought forward in this chapter,and the theory of the models and approaches of cultural innovation are put forward too;Finally,through the case studies on Haiers Group and Xiaotian'e Group,we validate the theoretic model of culture innovation to improve a firm's technological innovation ability,and prove the research result of statistical analysis of chapter 4.The new findings of this paper mainly are:(1) Logic structures of technological innovation ability and innovative culture of a firm;(2) Quantitative analysis on inner link and causality of enterprise's technological innovation ability and innovation culture;(3) Combining the case studies,the new model and way of cultural innovation based on increasing TI ability of a firm are put forward. |
