| Innovation subjects and their mutual dynamic determine the function of an innovation system in the world today when innovation is the principal driving force for regional development. And a regional innovation system of Guangxi characters will not take shape unless the innovation subjects are remolded and the functions of the system reorganized. Employing systematic analysis in the comparative study of the regional innovation subjects of Guangxi and in the discussion on the distance between the real and due functions of the subjects, this thesis is an attempt to find out the mutual dynamic of the subjects so as to establish an open and effective regional innovation system. The thesis consists of eight chapters, great importance being attached to chapter â…¦ and â…§. Chapterâ… is an analysis of the theoretical origins of the regional innovation system. Chapter â…¡ is a brief introduction of the basement of scientific & technological economy and population of Guangxi, and their influence on the regional innovation system. And the positions and functions of the innovation subjects are comparatively analyzed in Chapter â…¢, â…£,â…¤ and â…¥. The connections between one innovation subject and the others are analyzed and commented on in chapter â…¦. In the last chapter, the significance of establishing and improving the regional innovation system is illustrated and corresponding strategies are put forward for the decision-makers?reference.
