Advantages are flexible system, quick response to changing environment ,high level of market orientation. Disadvantages are : Short of capital, short of human resources ,low level of credit etc. How could a small scale enterprise can avoid its shortcomings and take advantage of its sources to win competitive advantages in market is the most concern of all enterprisers.
