Studies On Estimation Methods Of Venture Investment Project In China

The estimation of venture investment project is a key step of venture capital operations. The paper analyzes the operations of the venture capital and the characteristics of the estimation of venture investment project. On the basis of the analysis, the report divides the estimation into two steps: the venture investment project evaluation and the venture enterprise's value estimation, and has built an evaluation system, which has many indexes and the criterion of all indexes as well. The report also introduces four categories of enterprise's value estimation, and suggests that we should choose methods from Income ways, Market ways or Venture Capital ways. After that, the paper establishes three mathematical models of the venture enterprise's value estimation. In addition, the paper studies how to use these methods and models to estimate venture investment project in their different stages of venture enterprise's Life Cycle. At last, the report makes some suggestions on the practices of the methods and models, and some thing we should pay more attention to of the venture investment project estimation in China.
