Warner-Lambert (Guangzhou) Limited ?Schick Division (Schick as below) is a manufacturer of shaving products. Since the establishment in GZ in 1996, the company has carried out a series of changes in the Operation Management System. The result is quite encouraging. This article is consisted of two parts, the Case and the Case Study. In the first part, we focus on introducing current strategies and methods of Schick抯 Supply Chain Management System (SCM) through detailed description of Schick抯 relationship with the customers and the suppliers, and also the Production and Planning System in Schick. In the second part, we analyze the characteristics, the successful experience and the weakness of Schick抯 existing manufacturing system on the aspects of MRPII and SCM based on Operation Management theories. Finally, the article points out the changes in the organization behavior under SCM environment and predicts the future of Schick.
