With the globalization of the markets all over the world, single organization has been faced with pressures from the market more and more. However, the strategy alliance provides an access for the organization to avoiding the risk and mutual use of the resources. The thesis focuses on the study of the strategy alliance, brings up the idea that the core competence is the basis of developing alliance, and suggests for the first time that the strategy alliance be studied systematically. The whole article consists of six parts. The first part: Introduction: to bring up the theme. The second part: Generally introduction to strategy alliance: to introduce the concept and features of strategy alliance, its cause of formation and its types, and generally introduction to virtual enterprise. The third part: Emergence and control of strategy alliance. Based on the theory of transaction cost, the causes of formation of strategy alliance is digged out from the angel of the internal cost of the organization. And the strategy alliance is studied systematically, and the control of it is also discussed here. The fourth part: The core competence is the basis for forming the strategy alliance. The formation of alliance should be based on the core competence of the corporations. Meanwhile, the alliance can promote the core competence. The fifth part: Trust and prevention of the risk of the strategy alliance of organizations. The key point to guard against the risk is to develop the risk梡revention mechanism, and to merge successfully the cultures within the organization. The sixth part: A research on corporation strategy in China. There is a research on the alliance between Chinese corporation and foreign corporation, then I point out the problems in the alliances and the give out the solutions. The seventh part: Conclusion.
