Being famous as one of the greatest invention in 20th century, internet keep on impacting all the aspects of traditional economy and lives at explosively high speed. At the same time, it also break the limitation of computer tech, and become one focus of discussion in economic field. This thesis emphasize on discussion of the application of internet in commercial field. Just these years internet is accepted extensively in China. Even now it still lie in primary stage. Our infrastructure is backward, our regulations and laws are not perfect. There are a good deal of potential to find out. Therefore, we must further define the economic development mode under internet impaction, learn the problems lie in the changing process of enterprises on line, find new valuation created in the commercial to-and-fro, master the development regulations and the applicative position of enterprises on line, and then propose some solutions and suggestions to perfect them. By adopting deduction, with displaying the essential characters of internet and its application as beginning, this thesis is divided into two parts, including relation between internet and commercial companies and relation between internet and net trade, to discuss commercial application of internet. It also analyze and predict the future of e-business enterprises.
