Research On The Balanced Development Of The Urban And Rural Economy In The Transformation Period

M.ASIE? Y Abstract The unbalanced economy development between the urban and rural areas is a difficult problem encountered by developing countries. The national economy level can not be improved effectively if the rural problems can not be resolved effectively. China, as a special large developing country, which aims to fulfil the economy modernization, must take some feasible measures to eliminate the differences between the urban and rural economy development. The economy difference between the urban and rural areas in China is difficult to control for it has existed for a long time. Furthermore, China which faces the system transformation and the structure adjustment, is in the process of economy globalization and the transformational economy development period. The developing model is completely different from the old one. The urban and rural economy development will be inevitably affected and limited by internal and external economic environment. Therefore, it is necessary for promoting the economy development to understand the problems, differences and the developing period of the urban and rural economy development. After analyzing several developing models, combining with the latest balanced networking development, the paper raises some countermeasures. The urban and rural balanced development needs both mutual connecting and exploiting respective potentialities. On the base of the certain economy development, the urban and rural networking structure can be built and the balanced function can be brought into play, which can benefit the urban and rural economy development and the national economy modernization.
