System Analysis Of Sustainable Development In County Area

Based on the system thought and system theory and adopted integrated qualitative and quantitative methodologies, from the angle of ecology-society system ,this paper studies the sustainable development of system of county area. This paper studies the component elements of county area and its topologic structure ,dissipative structure and fractal structure .The paper describes the subsistent mechanism and developmental mechanism of sustainable development in county area. The paper proposes the evaluation and diagnosis methods for sustainable development in county area. We take Huairou county as an example to do the positive analysis. First, the physical geography, climate, hydroaraphy, soil and mine resources were analyzed and diagnosed. Second, the development of population was predicted and analysed. Thirdly, by the model the author deduced, the positive analysis of coordination between population and economy in Huairou county was made. Fourthly, the industrial and consumptive structure of Huairou county was analyzed and diagnosed by using GRA(gray relations analysis). Fifthly, the input-output of agriculture, township and village enterprise, state-owned enterprise in Huairou county was analyzed and diagnosed by using DEA. In the end, we proposed 11 recommendations and countermeasures for the sustainable development in Huairou county.
