The process of new products or technologyhaving been accepted and exploited, i.e. the process of themarket reforming and diffusion, is an important project ofmarket study, which will throw an important influence themarket expectation and enterprise establishing the price andadvertisement. The products diffusion is defined as theprocess of products transmission in a certain style amongpeople in the social system, which consists of the reforming,transmission media,time and social system. Presently, thefocus of study is emphasized on the differences of the socialtransmission media and personal choosing preference, whichputs an important influence on the diffusion velocity andshape. This paper mainly discusses the "co-existing" products- a kind of particular products, and constructs themathematical model by definition,and analyzes it by applyingthe mathematical theory of differential equation, and drawsthe imitating figure of the market diffusion structure, whichprovides the theoretical proof forecasting and imitating thedynamic market structure. In view of the content, this papermainly consists of two chapters. In Chapter One, it mainlydiscusses the dynamic process of two kinds of productsco-existing and market diffusion, and also analyzes the shapesof the diffusion curve and diffusion velocity curve anddistribution situation, which provides the direct analyzingmethod for enterprise taking the appropriate controllingstrategy. In ChaPter Two, it mainly discusses "co-existing"products diffusion situation with technology-reforming. Itanalyzes the shaPe of the diffusion curve by discussing thedifferent cases of reforming degree, which obtains the finaldiffusion results in the different reforming degree cases andgives the detailed explanation from economics. By theanalysis of two chaPters, it provides the important strategyreference for enterprise. And it is important for the cor-relative enterPrises, how to modulate its manufacturing sizeand make it in agreement with dynamic market and avoid themanufacturing fluctuation.
