| The article is an applicatory thesis which including case chapter and case analysis chapter. In the case chapter, the development's situation and the issues of GD Midea Holding Co.,Ltd. are narrated. The White Holding Appliance's situation and focus are also introduced in details in the same chapter. In the analysis chapter, starting' at the point of material which in the case chapter, I utilize theories and tools of product character, life-cycle and industry attractiveness to discuss the strategic decision and the operation of the company. I also make suggestion of the strategic area to be concentrated on in the coming years.
