By analyzing the reform and the developing process of GUI ZHOU SAPCE ELECTRIC APPLIANCE COMPANY, The following point tried to be specified in the issue. Those enterprises, of which the scale and environment are in disadvantages, can break away from difficulties and develop themselves as long as they put effective management and right decisions into effect.Compared with the main competitors, GUI ZHOU SPACE ELECTRIC APPLIANCE COMPANY lies in mountainous district. Its economic scale is small and its market ratio is low. The talents were leaved from the company severely in the past years because of the slow development and bad encouragement. But the company made a big progress without increasing more additional capital and with fewer employees by importing advanced management, applying encouragement and competition mechanism successfully.Analyzing the inner and outer environment, the company established a critical competition stratagem by finding out its advantaged and developing opportunities.The final competition between enterprises is competition in talents. The company revised its encouraging policy in order to increase the treatment of technicians and set up a troop of its own backbones. Finally, the company keeps the useful competition mechanisms steadily.Considering that the focus of temporal market of military components is the delivery terms, the company executes a more precise production management. The company assumes the answering-in-four-hours system, the daily-report system, and the first-receive-first-keeper system. In order to strengthening communication between employees, the company built up the LAN based on demand of products and materials. At the same time, the company built up assembly line and adjusted the process. The production abilities were improved effectively with the above ways.Our company set the reform of quality management focused on customers onto practice and utilized sufficiently the achievement of military authentic products to improve the ability of quality guarantee and quality of products.Otherwise, the company puts the importance on improving key technologies,enlarging competitive product style, controlling the cost of product, improving selling service and so on. The enterprise culture of the company has been improved during the reform simultaneously.GUI ZHOU SPACE ELECTRIC APPLANCE COMPANY practiced competition stratagem and orient the requirement of market. The company becomes a large-scale enterprise form a backward enterprise in such short term. Tt proves that the level of management decides the competition ability of an enterprise.
