Nowadays, China抯 potential vast market allures Multinational Corporation (MNC) intensive attention. When MNC, the special economic entity, enter China抯 territory, they bring changes in the market structure and market activities; make contributions to the transformation from planned economy to market economy and the improvement. Therefore, it becomes urgent for China抯 enterprises to learn and study MNC抯 marketing plan. As to MNC, this article, first of all, makes a description and analysis of its concept, historical and current situation at home and abroad. Accordingly, this article continues to conduct an in-depth study of its market research strategies, product strategies, pricing strategies, promotion strategies, place strategies and characteristic marketing in China. In the end, this article comes to a conclusion for the sake of China抯 enterprises.
