Franchising——The Most Profitable Way For Investment And Initiation In 21st Century

Growing pain does exist when you are green and small. Joining into franchise business may let you get more return on less cost. This thesis is for teaching purpose and includes two parts, case and case study. In the case part, by using the fast food giant, McDonald抯 as a successful franchising sample, it describes the current situation of Guangdong Sanyuan McDonald抯 Food Co., Ltd. And it also tells us what franchising is. In the case study part, by using SWOT analyzing method, it shows the company抯 current strength & weakness about its internal resources and opportunity & threats it facing outside. It tells us the benefit and risk of using franchising as new expansion strategy and how the company can bring this strategy to reality. The appendix part includes Chinese franchising administration policy.
