The management consulting industry is a rising industry with great potential. While for the present management consulting industry in China, the market is becoming the bottleneck in its development day by day. So it is very necessary to study the marketing strategy which will be helpful to exploiting the market and to the long-term development of the industry.Using the method of documentation investigation, field survey and expert interview, this dissertation mainly studies the marketing strategy for management consulting in China, works out the marketing strategy combination for management consulting and puts forward the marketing emphasis for the industry in the future.The dissertation includes six sections. Beginning with the basic concepts involved in the marketing strategy of management consulting, it then introduces the common marketing strategy in foreign countries for reference and discusses the market cultivation for management consulting since mature market is the premise for consulting marketing. The fourth section is the key of the paper, discusses the topic from two aspects: consulting product marketing and consulting company marketing. At the end of the dissertation, some suggestions for the management consulting marketing in the future are advanced.There are about 40,000 Chinese characters, 6 charts, 2 tables and 9 cases.
