This paper analyzes the macro-environment, sector, market, enterprise resources, competitors which Unique Consulting Company faces and summarizes the superiority and sufficiency of the company and chances and threats the company faces, establish the marketing strategic matrix of SWOT of the company through applying the method of SWOT. The paper makes the choice of product position, target market of the company through market segmentation and builds the differentiation and low cost strategy of product-market combination. Then the paper plans the marketing strategy of the company during the initial period of consulting sector and the company based on the theory of life cycle strategy and competition position strategy, that is follower and specialization strategy. In the end the paper designs the detailed methods according to the strategy.
