The nature of the organizational management is a kind of practice activity,and that of human practice activity eventually formed the organizational culture.Organizational culture reflects the fundamental value pursuit of an organization,reflect the mental state of organization members,it is the core of organization members Shared values.Incentive is through the guidance of values,organizational culture will organize the people as the management object and management subject of dialectical unity,give full play to the subjective initiative,so as to achieve self motivation,self management of organization members.In this sense,organizational culture management is a higher realm of humanistic management,advanced incentive.Excellent organizational culture is a great spiritual power,and shaped the organization members excellent state of mind and a good work attitude,so as to make the excellent organization,outstanding people.Based on the organizational culture theory and incentive theory,the main point of management and the human nature assumption theory research achievements for reference,set up organizational culture management model,study guide,driver,constraints,organizational culture fusion,infection,5 kinds of incentive mechanism,and based on the analysis of the current situation of the civil servant incentive in China,puts forward the system construction of organizational culture motivation.
